• Any attempt to duplicate, mimic, or poach our work, including but not limited to layouts, slogans, tone, or branded formats, will result in a lifetime ban from our platforms.

• Individuals or entities engaging in such acts will be considered scalpers or poachers of our brand.

📜 LEGAL CONSEQUENCES & LEGAL REMINDERS  📜

• Unauthorized use of our intellectual property constitutes copyright infringement and/or trademark violation under Title 17 of the United States Code.

• Offenders will be subject to legal action, including but not limited to:

• Cease-and-desist orders

• Civil lawsuits for damages and injunctive relief.

• Reporting to appropriate authorities if unlicensed activity is detected.
