No Disrespectful or Abusive Communication

Any form of harassment, hostility, or disrespect toward our team including tone, language, or repeated negative messaging is strictly prohibited.

We do not tolerate:

-Aggressive or hostile messages

-Demeaning or inflammatory language

-Attempts to intimidate or provoke staff

-Public or private harassment

Violation of this policy results in immediate and permanent removal from all MTAC platforms.

Personal Pages Are Off‑Limits

Our CEO and team members have the right to personal privacy and personal online spaces.

Messaging, contacting, or attempting to confront our CEO or staff on their personal pages or profiles is strictly forbidden.

Any attempt to bypass official communication channels, including contacting staff privately to argue, pressure, or harass, will result in an automatic ban.

This protects not only our team, but also our legal right to maintain boundaries as a private organization.

Participation in our spaces is a privilege, not a right.

Zero‑Tolerance Enforcement

For the safety and well‑being of our CEO, who is medically high‑risk and our staff, we enforce these policies without exception.

Any violation results in:

-Immediate ban

- Removal from all MTAC platforms

-Loss of participation privileges

-No appeals process
