Mistakes can happen as a team strictly based on HUMAN based content and interaction and creation.
We are not powered by AI or artificial technology to correct errors and mistakes.
Our team accepts everything you provide, including photographer and hair/makeup credits, photos, and any comments made during our interview, all of which are incorporated into our fair usage policy.
Please refrain from contacting us with a rude or passive-aggressive tone regarding any errors. Mistakes can happen on rare occasions. If you display rude behavior, you will be banned from our page. We do not jeopardize our CEO’s well-being due to social media bullying over a minor mistake. Our intentions are not malicious; that is simply not who we are.
What happens if you see an error?
If an error is spotted 24 hours from purchase of your issue and you contact our website for a correction within 24 hours (magcloud will refund you within 12 hours of payment if an error is seen to request a refund- MTAC will never send a refund for an error)
If an error occurs, we will rerun your article. However, we will not update the article in any way, due to the time constraint on our CEO and volume of requests, we will only feel the error in question and rerun the article.
WONDERING WHY YOU WERE NOT PUBLISHED AFTER SEEING YOUR NAME?
If you do not submit photographer and hair/makeup credits at the time of your initial interview, we will send you one friendly reminder via email (our only correspondence for interviews). If the required information is not received from you in return with the requested information missing, your article will not be published.
This is our permanent policy as of 11/29/25.
We cannot determine who took the photos or provided hair and makeup. While we have made educated guesses in the past and have been correct, errors can occur if the information is missing that we initially requested for our CEO - we do our part, please make sure you do yours.
