Anti-Harassment & Public Conduct Policy

Effective Immediately : July 2026

MTAC Magazine is a licensed, independent organization committed to protecting its CEO, team members, and community. Harassment, bullying, intimidation, or stalking of MTAC leadership or staff in any setting, including public events, private gatherings, or online platforms will not be tolerated.


The following actions are strictly forbidden:


• Bullying, intimidation, or verbal abuse directed at MTAC’s CEO or team.

• Harassment in public spaces, including pageant events or MTAC-related functions.

• Stalking, following, or unwanted surveillance of MTAC leadership or staff.

• Online harassment, including direct messages, defamatory posts, or coordinated attacks.

Individuals engaging in prohibited conduct will face immediate consequences:

• Permanent ban from all MTAC platforms, publications, and events.

• Revocation of participation rights in MTAC-affiliated programs, awards, or recognitions.

• Banned from future MTAC opportunities and collaborations.


MTAC reserves the right to pursue all lawful remedies, including but not limited to:


• Cease-and-desist orders.

• Civil litigation for damages caused by harassment or intimidation.

• Criminal complaints where conduct constitutes stalking, harassment, or threats under applicable law.


MTAC celebrates Queens, fairness, and inclusivity. Protecting leadership and staff from harassment ensures that our community remains safe, respectful, and professional.

Conduct & Policy Enforcement Notice

Effective Immediately: June 2026

MTAC Publications is a licensed, independent organization operating under strict conduct and policy guidelines. These guidelines exist to protect our leadership, our team, and the integrity of our brand.

Prohibition on Direct Messaging reminders:

• No individual may contact the CEO or MTAC team directly through personal social media accounts, private messaging, or outside official channels.

• This prohibition applies to all MTAC-related matters, including but not limited to:• Issue questions

• Awards and recognitions

• Merchandise or apparel inquiries

• General community or publication concerns

• Messaging our CEO at any time, especially after business hours, is strictly forbidden.

Official Contact Channels reminders:

MTAC provides clear and accessible communication pathways:

• Official Email Address is listed on our Facebook page and website.

• Website Contact Form is available for inquiries, submissions, and questions.

Any attempt to bypass these channels constitutes a violation of MTAC’s Conduct Policy.

Final reminders: 

• MTAC previously announced the Queen of the Year Awards.

• In February 2026, MTAC issued a formal statement: no free issues or free MTAC apparel would be distributed.

• Our merchandise store was closed, and related posts were removed due to safety protocols.

• This decision remains in effect and is legally binding under MTAC’s operational policies.

• MTAC Publications is protected under U.S. copyright law (Title 17, United States Code) and applicable trademark law.

• Unauthorized contact, harassment, or attempts to circumvent official channels may result in Permanent bans from MTAC platforms.

• Cease-and-desist orders.

• Civil litigation and claims for damages.

• MTAC reserves the right to pursue all lawful remedies to protect its CEO, team, and brand reputation.
