By submitting your images you are agreeing that you have obtained permissions from ALL creative members who were involved in creating your images.  We will not accept responsibility for anyone who has not sought this prior to sending images to More than a Crown Publications.  We will direct the complainant back to the submitter.  If there are any disputes with permission we are NOT liable.  We will redirect the complaint back to the submitter who may incur a publishing charge from the photographer (This can vary in price depending on the photographer). 

 Fair Use Notice:

At “More Than a Crown” Publications, we are dedicated to respecting copyright laws and adhering to the Fair Use Act. Our use of photos and other copyrighted materials is intended for commentary, criticism, and educational purposes. We ensure proper credit is given to original creators and limit our use to a maximum of 15 photos per publication. This approach not only complies with the Fair Use Act but also supports a culture of respect and integrity within our industry.

To submit your images to our magazine, please go over to our Facebook Page and look at our pinned post.  Each Queen will be able to post 1 image per Queen call.

All the information must be included with your submission:

• The Queens name (First name and Last Name)
• The Queens age
• Photographer
• State//Country
• Hair/makeup artists 
• Current reigning title 
• Social Media Links if any 

If your images are chosen to appear in our magazine, you will be required to send us up to 14 additional images. 

Please ensure the image/s you submit to MTAC  have no logos or text on them. 

If you have submitted more than one image of the same model, we may only choose one of your submissions for that month to ensure all photographers, models, and artists get a chance to showcase their work. If you have submitted more than one image of different models, we will do our best to get all the images in the issue, but this is not guaranteed. 

We do have several issues open every month for you to submit to.  However, it will ultimately be the team's decision where each image is best placed.  Therefore it may not be under the specific issue you requested.  

If you have submitted several images, we may sometimes hold onto images and move them over to the following month if necessary. 

Please note, no one is guaranteed a cover spot, or a spot within an issue.  All images for a particular issue will be given to our team and the cover collectively decided.  Please don't keep asking for a cover spot.
