As a former Queen with her beginning in 2014 as a dare by her mother and friend to compete in a pageant, soon unlocked a total of 5 pageant titles before she retired in 2021.  That was not the end journey for her, and soon became the first Pageant Director for a local festival before her formal retirement from the industry in 2024 due to health. 

When Sara Taylor originally created More Than a Crown Magazine in June 2022,  she didn’t just create another pageant publication, she ignited a movement. Fueled by passion, authenticity, and a deep understanding of the industry, MTAC quickly became the go-to platform for the voices behind the crown. It was not until mid way through season 2024 that she realized it was time to expand the publications to #morethanjust one magazine. In a matter of months Tiny Tiaras was created, not only for the little queens but also the pageant moms who are always there and may need advice or tips just for them. It wasn’t until summer of season 2025 that sash sisters who were more mature in age but still wanted a place to be seen, heard and accepted without judgement and were having no luck in finding a place just for them, that was when Silver Reign was created. 

While not every queen wants to have their story heard but would rather expedite to the exciting publication that is the most loved by thousands of sash sisters across the globe- soon our newest publication was created in the winter of 2025. Stay tuned to our page on 12.30.25 for the Official release of the new publication.

Every issue is a labor of love, crafted entirely by Sara herself, from creative direction to stunning design, she personally shapes every page with energy, purpose, and a relentless commitment to excellence for every sash sister.

Through exclusive interviews, advocacy-driven features, and visionary storytelling from our CEO’s perspective, our interviews offer you a new look at the queen that makes you want to learn more about who she is and her ‘why’ behind the crown.    

This isn’t just a publication, it’s a force to protect every sash sister who trusts us to protect their voice and their reputation-without censorship and without judgment.

We are the new revolution in pageantry media.
