Dusty Justice, at 44 and holding the title of American Royal Beauties National Ms, is a true inspiration in West Virginia. Her community service efforts include delivering toys to pediatric patients
and art therapy for those in need. Dusty skillfully balances her pageant duties and volunteer work by staying organized and collaborating with local leaders. She finds motivation in the stories of the people she serves and believes that pageant queens have the power to spark positive change. Dusty dreams of creating a sanctuary for women to heal and feel empowered. Through her genuine care and compassion, she continues to inspire others to make a difference.

Elaina Ruesch, an 18-year-old senior from Iowa, has been actively competing in pageants for two years. She has earned various local titles and currently holds a state title with the American Royal Beauties system as Miss Iowa’s Teen 2025. Dedicated to community service, Elaina's platform, "See the ABLE, Not the Label: Empowering Children With Special Needs," reflects her passion for giving back. Throughout her pageant journey, she has completed over 300 hours of service.
